About

Mothercore offers online pelvic floor physiotherapy for women across the UK, with 1:1 video sessions led by specialist pelvic health physiotherapists. Whether it is leaking, heaviness, pelvic pain or getting back to exercise after birth, your physio reviews your history, assesses posture and movement over video and builds a personalised recovery plan.

Mothercore was founded by Ksenia Fortin-Brazeau, who became a mum in 2024 and struggled to get the right pelvic floor care after birth. The service was developed with urogynaecologists, physiotherapists and midwives, so it is evidence based and clinically led. Sessions happen from home, with no travel, no waiting rooms and no childcare to arrange, making it one of the most valuable postnatal recovery gifts for a new mum.

Why we love them
Bladder leaks, pelvic pain and returning to exercise are common after birth, rarely talked about and almost always treatable. A 50 minute consultation with a Mothercore pelvic floor physiotherapist is one of the most valuable gifts a new mum can receive, and it is more meaningful than any bouquet.
